Wunderkeys- 3 - 5 Year Olds

 Every aspect of the program has been carefully designed and tested to create an engaged, constructive, positive, and FUN learning environment. 

This all-encompassing piano lesson means that your preschooler will participate in five different and unique activities during their weekly lesson time, and  ensures that they remain focused, engaged, and happy. The developmental abilities of 3-5 year olds are very different than that of 6 year olds and older... for which most other piano programs are created.

There are many different concepts that a preschooler needs to grasp before jumping into a “traditional” piano piece. These preschool piano lessons are spent exploring the piano in ways in which they are capable. It is the perfect way to lead into a mainstream book series... and a life of musical enjoyment.

 

Vocal Pedagogy- 7 and older

A combination of the best modern day vocal approaches and the classical Italian "bel canto" singing method have to offer provides a well rounded approach to correct singing techniques.  I strive to realize each students full vocal and artistic potential as a unique singer

Piano--Age 7 & Up

Offering beginner private piano lessons to students of all ages. A music education is an enriching experience regardless of age. The positive effects learning a musical instrument has on a student's development are invaluable. Miss Young promotes independent learning and musical exploration, providing students with usable skills to build on for the rest of their lives. .
